In this paper, a water circulation system in an ecological residence quarter is discussed. According to the principle of water circulation, sewage, rain water, surface-groundwater and groundwater are used as water resources, a man-made reused water circulation system, a partly man-made surface-groundwater circulation system and a natural groundwater circulation system were developed. A complete water circulation use system in the ecological residence quarter was formed by combination of the above three systems. The problem of lacking water was solved fundamently
