Abstract
proteinases graph of wheat variants obtained by ion beam implantation with soybean DNA was studied with SDS-G-PAGE technology.The results showed:At the one-leaf stage,bands of 267 and 214 kD were detected in high and low-protein offspring variants respectively;Differential bands wasn't tested and a little change of activity of proteinases was found at the two-leaf stage;At the three-leaf stage,the bands besides the activity were much different between variants and control,and some bands were tested and changed in different stage.
