In view of the present condition and developing trend of national and international economy,establishing cross-strait western economic zone conforms to the development of times. Economic global-ization and regional economic integration are two trends in the world economic development. Pushed by regional economic integration,our regional economy has developed greatly. This paper makes an analysis on the preliminary condition of cross-strait western economic zone,and in the light of the features of Wenzhou economic development,presents the approach of developing cross-strait western economic zone opposite of Wenzhou.
