Abstract
In order to establish rapid propagation regeneration system of Hypericum kouytcheouense,the author carried out this study.The result showed that :The stem was the most suitable explant,and the most suitable culture medium for induction bud was 1/4 MS+TDZ 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.01 mg/L at the primary culture step.At the secondary multiplication step,the most suitable culture medium formula of the bud was 1/4 MS+ZT 1.5 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L,and the most suitable medium for seedling root was 1/4 MS+ZT 0.1 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L.
