Abstract
Migrant workers are the special working groups which are associated with industrialization,urbanization and modernization process in China's reform and opening up.With China's urbanization being rushed ahead,the issue of migrant workers has been focal point in China's urbanization. From deepening the reform of household registration system,building a responsible government and improving their own qualities and so on,solutions to migrant workers are important for accelerating China's industrialization,urbanization and modernization processes
