Abstract
The self-government of has been the focus of the relationship between Canada and the community of natives in the past 30 years.The Canadian natives have been negotiating with the federal government for the basic demand for the land ownership.And their final goal is to obtain self-government and self-determination.The Nisga'a people are among the successful representatives.The natives' self-governing practice represented by the Nisga'a has brought about great controversies in Canadians' public discussions.And it,in the course of negotiation,has manifested the characteristics of multi-cultures and political game which are interrelating with each other
