Abstract
With main ramie varieties in Hunan as the check varieties, the paper has conducted the preliminary study on output ,quality and its the output constitution quantity character of young ramie of new variety R057. The studies showed that, the average output of young ramie of new variety R057 reaches as high as 566.25kg/hm2, increases production 26.48% compared to the comparison, which shows the effect of increasing production is remarkable; The textile fiber quality is slightly inferior to Tri-2, but superior to the other comparisons.
