Abstract
Currently the various laws and regulations pertinent to the logistics industry in China are yet to be aligned and coordinated.The government's contribution to the development of the modern logistics industry should be to make available a logistics legal environment that is just,unified,transparent,efficient and free of corruption,and to achieve this,it has to learn from foreign experiences and take into consideration the practices of China.The paper analyzes the basic data concerning the development of the logistics legal system in Canada and,drawing from it,puts forth suggestions for the improvement of the logistics legal system in China.
