Abstract
The small and medium-sized cities population accounts for a quarter of urban population throughout the country,if fully implemented far passing water gauge system,the annual savings to the considerable volume of water.Water conservation is not just play a prominent role,far passing water gauge system will also improve the people's living situation and the effectiveness of the water company.In this paper have suggested a suitable implements according to the characteristics of small and medium-sized cities.
