Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The principal's leadership plays a key role in school improvement.Moulding ideas, creating vision, gathering trust, and sharing power are the important leadership for successful school improvement. With all the leadership, principals will be able to listen to their own voice, motivate the team members, promote the cooperation among team members, and provide the team members with development opportunities.School improvement is the endogenous development, the university researcher is the partner with the principal and the school team.Schools are in constant change,so there is no starting point or ending point, and each thought and activity aimed at the issues of schools is the growing point of school improvement. Therefore, the principal's leadership development is an important part of school improvement.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
