Abstract
By analyzing the time-serial date during 1997～2008 and the panel date during 2004～2008, this paper concludes that FDI into Chinese Services Industry has a general crowding-in effect,and has obvious differences between different sub-sectors and periods of time.In a word, the FDI entry barrier has a great impact on the capital effects.
