The Latin American Cosmetics and Toiletries(C T)market is holding strong and is still looking at solid growth,led by its BRIC member Brazil.Cosmetic industry market in Latin American countries,having different degrees of growth during the first quarter of 2010,is considered to be optimistic for their own future development.Most cosmetic companies in Latin America are looking forward to cooperating with each other in order to get better developments.
