Event-related potential P300 and MOCA investigation on cognitive function in schizophrenia disorders with metabolic syndrome
Bibliographic record
Abstract
【Objective】 To investigate characteristics of cognitive function in schizophrenia disorders with metabolic syndrome with event-related potential P300.【Methods】90 patients met with CCMD-3 for Schizophrenia disorders with metabolic syndrome criteria were recruited as research group. They were divided into metabolic syn- drome group(MS group)(n =45) and not metabolic syndrome group(NMS group)(n =45). Cognitive function was eval- uated with P300 and MOCA. A comparison was made between MS group and NMS group.【Results】P300 latencies of PZ site N1 and CZ, PZ site P2 and FZ, CZ, PZ, OZ site N2, P3 prolonged in MS group compared with NMS group(P 0.05 or P 0.01); P300 amplitudes of FZ, CZ, PZ, OZ site N2, P3 shortened in MS group compared with NMS group(P 0.05 or P 0.01). Total score, attention score, abstract thinking score and delay memory score of MOCA were markedly lower in MS group compared with NMS group(P 0.05 or P 0.01).【Conclusions】The schizophrenia disorders with metabolic syndrome may have more obvious cognitive deficits.

Full frame machine prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
