Abstract
In order to identify the germination behavior of seeds of Perilla Frustescens.,a kind of medicinal plants,ground substance、light、pH、osmoticscens and salt stress,which have effect on the seeds were studied.The results showed that the seeds had wide adaptability to soil,optimum of farmland.The highest germination rate of Perilla Frustescens. was 85.8% under no lighting.The seeds of Perilla Frustescens. could germination at any time during the value of ph 4.0 to 6.3.germination rate dropped from 78.5% to 4.2% under osmoticscens between 0 and -0.6 MPa.indicated that seeds of Perilla Frustescens. could germinate still at drought stress.The seeds of Perilla Frustescens. have strong trait of salt stress,when the concentration of NaCl was 160 mmol/L,the germination rate was as higher as 65.8%.Perilla Frustescens. could be regarded as a reference of breeding,owing to have a certain characteristic of drought and salt stress.
