Abstract
Two different origine mustard seed were used to obtain polysaccharide by hot water extraction and ethanol precipitation.According to single factor experiment and orthogonal test,the optimized extracting conditions were chosen.The optimized extracting condition of polysaccharide from Inner Mongolia mustard seed is as follows,times of extraction is 2;liquid ratio is 9;extraction temperature is 95 ℃,and extraction time is 3 h.The optimized extracting condition of polysaccharide from Canada mustard seed is as follows,times of extraction is 2;liquid ratio is 9;extraction temperature is 95 ℃,and extraction time is 2 h.Under the optimize conditions the yields of Inner Mongolia mustard seed polysaccharide is 5.14 %;and Canada mustard seed polysaccharide is 4.17 %.
