Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The screened Bacillus subtilis C3 was used to study the fermentation conditions of antibacterial material production. By measuring antibacterial material of B. subtilis C3 on the inhibition rate of Aspergillus niger spore germination, an orthogonal experiment with 6 factors and 3 levels was conducted to optimize the fermentation condition. The optimum condition was follows: age of inoculums 12 h, inoculums 2%, fermentation medium with fluid volume 75 ml/250 ml, initial pH 7.0, temperature 37℃, fermentation time 48 h. Under the optimized condition, the activities of antibacterial material by B. subtilis C3 increased 26.52% comparing to the non-optimized one.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
