Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The contiguous area of Jin-Shan-Meng,a typical western underdeveloped area, has abundant energy resources;its location is still nearer from eastern China among most parts of western China.Which made good base for regional energy strategy in the contiguous area of Jin-Shan-Meng,However,it was greater part belongs to old liberated areas, its economy was very backward, and its eco-system was extreme disturbance. This paper presented the study on environmental impact assessment(EIA)of regional energy strategy regarding its environmental intention, characteristics, and provided the analysis of resulting disadvantage on te basis of strategy of implement coal and electricity export strategy in the contiguous area of Jin-Shan-Meng.Namely electric energy export from the contiguous area to the outside had greater impact on environment. Therefore, environmental protection measures proposal were advised.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
