The media literacy education starting point is protecting their gracious culture and mainstream value in UK,it's emphasis is on the independent awareness and active spirits;and the media literacy education in US is original from how to avoid the media on young people's negative effects,it's starting point is relatively passive;it requires young people to use media to serve themselves.Canada saw the positive role of media on young people,they say the media as some arts and do not require young people to take completely skeptical attitude towards the media,this education is in line with young people's features: adoring the media.These media literacy education is worthy of reference in our country.We have to appreciate the media,understand that our media literacy education is a lifelong education,and every phase has its special emphasis.
