Abstract
Objective To observe the pain intensity of patients in the operation of prepuce circular resection in order to explore the nursing approach for decreasing the pain.Methods Pain intensity was determined by the McGill questionnaire method.Moreover,some nursing treatments,including psychological nursing,basic nursing in operation room,and behavior interference,were carried out according to the patients' status. Results Pain was occurred in(69.23) percent of patients in the process of operation,and grade Ⅰ to grade Ⅱ pain intensity were felt by 65.38 percent of patients.However,the effective nursing intervention could ease the pain by some extent,even the pain feeling could disappear in some patients. Conclusions Nursing intervention is an effective approach to ease the pain of patients in operation of prepuce circular resection.
