Abstract
The potato dry rot is one of the main diseases of potato storage period,which becomes a major factor limiting potato industry development.To determine the infection pathogen characteristics is of great significance for the early prediction and prevention of dry rot.In this experiment,physiological and biochemical characteristics in tuber were determined in potato and F.trichothecioides interaction process. The results showed that MDA content showed downward trend in potato tuber after F.trichothecioides infecting two varieties of potatoes.The contents of soluble protein and POD activity were closely related to disease resistance.
