Abstract
The thesis analyses the advantages and disadvantages about the names of “land contractual operation”,“the right of permanence tenancy”, “the right of using agricultural land”, “land contractual operation in the countryside”from the angle of theory and practice, history and reality; and points out all these names are not suitable for using as the new name of “land contractual operation”. This thesis argues that property law should use the name of “agricultural land contractual operation right”, because this name not only embodies the equal protection of rights, but also harmonizing with current legal system and summarizing the content of this right precisely and briefly.
