Research the correlation of plasma somatostatin and vascular dementia's incidence of disease site and characteristic
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma somatostatin(SS) and vascular dementia(VD) of the disease's site, lesion's size and number and severity of dementia. Methods To select 86 patients with multi-infarct,which meet the diagnostic criteria for cerebrovascular disease and the brain CT and MRI brain diagnosis.Mini-mental state examination application(MMSE) and montreal cognitive assessment scale(MOCA) were adopted to valuate the cognitive function of patients. Then these patients were divided into two groups,45 patients in the observation group(VD group),and 41 patients in control group(non-VD group). The radioimmunoassay(RIA)was carried out to test the contents of SS.Results(1) The contents of SS in VD group were significantly lower than that in non-VD group(P0.05);The severity of the VD with plasma SS were positively correlated(r=0.329,P0.01);(2) The patients with cerebral infarction which occurred in the frontal cortex, hippo campus, temporal cortex, thalamus, striatum and other parts. The contents of SS were decreased significantly(P0.05);(3) The more the number of cerebral infarction and the greater the volume are,the lower the contents of SS(P0.05).Conclusions(1)The contents of SS were decreased in VD,The degree of reduction was consistent with the severity of dementia.(2)The contents of SS have some correlation with the disease's site,Lesion's volume and number of cerebral infarction in VD.The monitoring of SS is helpful to the early diagnosis of VD,But also can serve as a basis for diagnosis the degree of disease.
Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Full frame machine prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
