Abstract
Through comparing evaluating factors of environmental performance assessment system of ecological residential quarter in mainland and Hongkong, the article analyzes their same and different points,and discusses their problems and shortcomings,in order to make some suggestions for the development of assessment system of ecological residential quarter.
