Canada is the earliest western country of cooperation with our country in criminal justice,but because of the negative affection of Lai Changxing ' s case,the development of belateral criminal judicial assistance system is slow.About extradition,transference of sentenced persons and sharing of criminal assets are not involved in criminal judicial assistance system between the two countries at present.Therefore,China and Canada must reference the experience of the related agreetment of other western countries and our country,speed up the discussion of the three elements and conclude the agreetment to perfect China and Canada criminal judicial assistance.
