Abstract
This thesis makes a collection of the studies relating to the energy-saving residential presented by the domestic and overseas scholars and propose the feasible manipulation pattern from the view of constructing residential quarters with land-saving.This thesis also provides a deep analysis about the conception of land-saving residential quarter and the author thinks that it is not only refer to the land-saving but also an integration of social, economic and ecological benefits.
