Abstract

The carrying capacity of water resources has an important impact on the comprehensive development and development scale of a region or country.it is a giant system,which is related to population,resources and environment,and socio-economic development.The article is based on two aspects appraisals which is development and utilization potential of the water resources load index's water resources and the carrying capacity based on relations between the person and water,according to the above mentioned,it realize the comprehensive evaluation of the carrying capacity of water resources in Shaanxi province.The calculated results complied with the actual situation of water resource in Shaanxi Province which is the practical guiding significance for the sustainable utilization of water resources this area.
