Abstract
This text use calculates models about the growth rate of Solow to calculate and analyze the scientific and technological progress increases contribution rate to the agricultural output value of Heilongjiang Province in the past ten years.According to the result of caculating,the scientific and technological content of the agriculture of Heilongjiang Province is lower than the national integral level,which shows that we didn't make so good use of sciense and technology in the agriculture,that the gross output value rise slow even drops but the input of the factor of production is very great.At this point,we have carried on simple analysis and discussed.
