Abstract
A platform based on SQL Server and configure-file-system was developed to monitor and save the satellite telemeter data.The software can manage several satellite telemeter data.Each satellite's telemeter data is user-defined.Telemeter data is displayed as numbers,curves or letexters.The historical data can be redisplayed and inquired about as requested.
