Effect of Tiaoxi Dianxue Shujin Method on the Recovery of Cervical Function of Patients with Cervical Spondylosis
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effects of Tiaoxi Dianxue Shujin method on cervical function recovery of cervical spondylosis. Methods: 124 cases of cervical disease patients were divided into an observation group( n = 62) and a control group( n = 62). The control group was treated with massage manipulation. The observation group was treated with Tiaoxi Dianxue Shujin method. The cervical pain and functional evaluation of interventions, the quality of life in two groups were evaluated with cervical dysfunction Index Scale( NDI),and the McGill Pain Questionnaire( MPQ),Quality of Life Scale( WHO QOL- BREF). Results: The MPQ pain scores of each dimension and the total scores of two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment. The NDI scores after treatment were lower than those before treatment. The MPQ total pain score,NDI scores in observation group were lower than those in the control group( P 0. 05). The QOL total scores in two groups after the intervention were higher than those before the intervention; the QOL total score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion: Tiaoxi Dianxue Shujin method can effectively improve cervical function of cervical spondylosis, relieve pain and improve the quality of life of patients.

Full frame machine prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
