Abstract
The calcium content in different quality of milk was determined by EDTA-complexometric titration.The results showed that the highest calcium content is Yili breakfast milk(1.043 8 mg/g),the lowest is Yinqiao Yoghurt(0.958 9 mg/g).For the same brand of milk,Yili breakfast milk is highest,Yili yoghurt is lowest.And the milk of different quality,the highest is Yili Pure Milk,the lowest is Ancient milk.
