Abstract
This paper introduces the implementation of the detecting system of communication information real-time video,and put forwards method to realize therealtime and veracity of video detection from two aspects-hardware design and software algo- rithm.For hardware design,the video detecting system using TMS320DM642(DSP) chips of Texas Apparatus Corporation as the core is used to achieve complex video detecting algorithm to meet the requirement of realtime,while for software algorithm, virtual ring detection and fuzzy judgment are adopted to enhance the veracityof video detection,both of which make the whole system meet the requirements of the detecting system of communication information real-time video.
