Abstract
It pointed out that residential quarter was organic composition of building city,and was also miniature of a city and society.The design concept of with human as core and sustainable development policy should be impelled actively in residential quarter planning and design,through innovation activity of planning design,the residential environment with local characteristics,complete facility and reached to 21 century residential standard was created,therefore made Chinese residential architectural art obtain general enhancement.
