Abstract
Buckwheat had been planted in Canada from 200 years ago, it was the key period in the development of buckwheat industrialization in Canada from 1991 to 2001, in this period,the buckwheat planting developed steadily and formed scientific standard planting system. Buckwheat processing industry set up gradually, from 1993 to 2001, the ability of processing industry developed from o to 8 900 t. The scientific base guaranteed to the production, processing and export in its industrialization course.
