The judicial protection of Canadian constitutional equality rights has gained many successful experiences;and its norm's compactness and scientificity is the prerequisite and basis for guaranteeing the judicial protection quality of Canadian constitutional equality rights.The sound judicial review system is the good system guarantee of the Canadian constitutional equality rights,and the public monetary support is its important economic safeguard.However,there exist some problems in the judicial protection of Canadian consitutional equality rights.Despite of some problems and insufficiency,the successful experience of the judicial protection is obvious.China may use it for reference in the constitutional equality rights protection.
