Abstract
The present developing situation and characteristics of artificial leather and synthetic leather industry in China are introduced.As the changes in domestic consumption structure,domestic production,product quality and sorts of artificial leather and synthetic leather are developing quickly and the market is opening up.The output is increasing at a speed of twice GDP and the export is also expanding greatly while the import is negatively increasing.The rise of Chinese Capital of Synthetic in Wenzhou.The building of leather and leather product city international window for trade negotiations of artificial leather in Shiling,Guangzhou,the expanding of Yantai Wanhua Synthetic Leather Group Co.Ltd,and the rise of other big groups mark a new stage of the expanding of synthetic leather in China and will have an active influence on the economic development of the neighbouring countries and regions.
