Clinical Effect of Tongdu Tiaoshen Acupuncture in Treatment of Amnestic Mild Cognitive Impairment
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tongdu Tiaoshen Acupuncture in the treatment of cognitive function in patients with amnestic mild cognitive impairment(aMCI),and to partially investigate its working mechanisms. Methods Sixty patients with aMCI were randomly and equally divided into treatment group and control group.Patients in the treatment group received Tongdu Tiaoshen Acupuncture for8 weeks, while patients in the control group were orally given nimodipine for 8weeks.The cognitive function in patients before and after treatment was evaluated using the Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE),Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA),and Syndrome Differentiation Scale of Vascular Dementia(SDSVD).Serum levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)were also determined before and after treatment. Results For both groups, the MMSE and MoCA scores were significantly higher after treatment(P0.05),while serum levels of hs-CRP and IL-6were significantly lower after treatment(P0.05).Moreover,the SDSVD score in the treatment group was significantly lower after treatment(P0.05).Compared with the control group, the treatment group had significantly larger MMSE increase,SDSVD reduction, and IL-6reduction after treatment(P 0.05).Conclusion Tongdu Tiaoshen Acupuncture can substantially improve cognitive function in patients with aMCI,the partial mechanism for which is associated with serum IL-6reduction.

Full frame machine prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
