Abstract

DICOM standard is the international standard in medical digital imaging and communication.It provides the unique criterion for medical equipment manufacturers and users.The analyzing and interpreting of DICOM standard files is one of the important technologies for medical image after-processing and PACS.In this paper,the DICOM file structure and DICOM dataset are analyzed,and then some significant technical problems and solutions are presented.Finally,we develo Pa kind of DICOM medical image processing software which can perform the function of displaying,measure and transformation.
