Abstract
The modification ofChinese Sports Law has been an important task for China. This paper is concerned with Canada's sports law,specifically the 1943 National Physical Fitness Act and 1963 Fitness and Amateur Sport Act. The paper discusses the legislative background and contents of the two laws,with the conclusion that the 1943 National Physical Fitness Act and 1963 Fitness and Amateur Sport Act played an important role in late20 th century. The purpose of this study is to provide references for Chinese Sports Law.
