Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of low frequency electromagnetic filed for vascular cognitive impairment. Methods: 121 patients with cerebral infarction of less 14 days were assigned to the control group(59 cases, nimodipine therapy) and study group(62 cases, nimodipine therapy+low frequency electromagnetic therapy). Both groups were assessed with mini-mental state examination(MMSE),activities of daily living scale(ADL) and Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA) before and after treatment.Result: After treatment for average 20 days,MMSE,MoCA scales in study group were significantly higher than those before treatment(P0.01) and those in control group(P0.01).All items of MoCA were significantly improved as compared with those before treatment except naming and abstract thinking(P0.01);ADL scales in study group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P0.01) and those in control group(P0.05).Conclusion: Low frequency electromagnetic therapy in combination with medication could obviously improve the cognitive level of vascular cognitive impairment.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
