Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

As the proportion of nuclear power in China is becoming greater constantly,it can provide reference to study the load following of foreign nuclear power plants for nuclear power units developing and operating.Analyzing the development of nuclear power plants and the load-following of nuclear units in developed countries worldwide, this paper points out that whether the nuclear units are necessary to involve in load following depends on the characteristics of power sources of the electric power system in these countries.French,as an example, has the largest proportion of nuclear power in the world, and its nuclear power units must take part in load following as its electric power system lacks load-following means other than nuclear power. But in the other countries such as the USA,Canada,Japan or Korea, the proportion of nuclear power is smaller and there are enough power sources for load following with relatively complete economic compensation mechanism, the nuclear power units in these countries are commonly out of load following.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
