Abstract
Study potatoes' pollen germination influence on condition that different treat time,different oric acid and suerose concentration treatment to nine species of potatoes.The result showed that the germination protortion of potatoes pollen was the highest on 15% sucrose+90 mg/L boric acid culture medium;and the best probationary period was the fourth to sixth hour.In this Condition,Qingshu No.2 has the highest germination proportion of 83.25%,with 02-1-1 has the lowest germination proportion of 70.20%.
