Abstract
To explore the strength of the South Korea male team of short-track speed skating which takes part in Vancouver Winter Olympic Games,by adoptting the ways of materials,conventional statistical methods and video observation,we analyze the current situation of the team and the grades that they made in World Championship hosted by ISU and World Cup Competition in past 3 years.The result shows that South Korea male team's integral level,with a strong individual strength,still keeps on top as a group in 1000 and 1500 meters competition.With a fast improvement of individual strength in 500-meter-competition,they have potential ability to compete with Canada,America.
