The Study on Economic Structure Transition of the Resource-based Cities in the Northeast China
Bibliographic record
Abstract
The Northeast China has a typical economic development model which is at the cost of depleting a lot of natural resources. With the development of a century and de-pletion of mineral resources and forest reserves, the resource-based cities face a series of development contradictions and problems,of which the resource-based cities are formed for a long period, and have a specific background of the times, and also attributed to the so-cial system. The papers analyze the problems that the resource-based cities faced in the Northeast China, and clarify the causes of the economy recession, and put forward four developing models for resource-based cities in Northeast China. They are the comprehen-sive developing model, the leading industry transition model, the nurturing continuous in-dustry model and the resource driving developing model. The paper also discusses three major problems that have to be resolved when the resource-based cities implement the e-conomic structure transition and sustainable development,i.e.industrial restructuring,em-ployment,ecological environment improvement, and also put forward the countermeasures and suggestions.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
