Abstract

[Objective]To investigate the Western Canadian conventional therapy based on the decoction with Maxingshigan the clinical efficacy of the treatment of chronic bronchitis.[Method]Treatment group and control groups were groups to glucocorticoid,β - agonist inhalation or El services such as treatment with oxygen, antibiotics,expectorants,correct acid - base balance and electrolyte disorders and nutritional support therapy.On this basis,the treatment group was added Maxingshigan Decoction day one,Shuijianbi.The two groups are on the 7 th for a course of treatment.[Results]The efficacy of the treatment group than the control group.[Conclusion]Doctors on the basis of conventional therapy was added Maxingshigan decoction on chronic bronchitis and has good effect.
