Abstract
Cu2S was successfully prepared via solvothermal process at 160℃ for 12 h,using CuCl2·2H2O and(NH2)2CS as raw materials,and ethylenediamine as chelating agent.The as-prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electronic microscope,and X-ray photo spectrum.The results indicate that the samples are well crystallized Cu2S in trident shape.The photo-catalytic degradation rate of methylene blue oxygenized by H2O2 under high-pressure mercury lamp irradiation catalyzed by Cu2S shows that the as-prepared samples have high photo-catalytic activity.
