The proportion of college women teachers to all teachers has surpassed a quarter.College women teachers,play-ing a very important role in the development of higher education,however,lag much behind male teachers in academic success and social prestige,thus hindering the improvement of overall level of higher education.With the method of gender,this paper gives an analysis of women teachers’ bewilderment reflection in the role locating and then seeks what factors,clear or unclear,have influence on it,which can seek a solution to the problem of gender inequality in the field of higher education.
