Abstract
During the period of 1995-2008 since WTO's founding,Argentina has frequently initiated antidumping in vestigations and implemented antidumping measures against the imports,and Argentina has been one of the countries using most actively antidumping over the world.China has become the first major target country against by Argentina's antidumping.Meanwhile,base metals and their articles is the first main kind of target products subjecting to Argentina's antidumping.There exist some reasons for Argentina's frequent antidumping which are quite different from those of other countries or regions.Argentina's antidumping practice has provided helpful enlighenment for China's dealing with the future Argentina's and even global antidumping against China.
