Abstract
Based on the Canadian curling team physical fitness training program,this paper studies deeply the key factors of winning and physical fitness of curling.The results showed: the stability of body center and the ability of fatigue resistance influence the accuracy of t throwing stone.Canadian curling team physical training plan includes short-term varied balance training,circuit strength training,special strength endurance training closed to the ice movement structure,and aerobic continuous training and aerobic interval training combination to enhance recovery rate. Physical training is arranged through whole year.Core stability and balance ability are trained with high frequency.
