Abstract
Longmai 26 was one of the best strong gluten wheat variety selected in our province in recent years Its quality approach super-strong gluten Canadian wheat varieties such as Wildcat and Glenlea The planting area of Longmai 26 has reached to 130,000 hectares in 2001, which was the largest planting area wheat variety in our province. It is emergent to make sure the quality specificity of Longmai 26 and study the utilization value of preparing noodle flour and jiaozi flour with it to expand its application field now. The application position was made sure, and the matching principle of preparing noodle flour and Jiaozi flour was established, the concrete formulations were established through experiment.
