Abstract
Objective:To get a fuller and more accurate knowledge of current characteristics and situation of the AIDS epidemic in Inner Mongolia. Methods:Collect the newly reported samples of those diagnosed HIV positive carriers in 12 Leagues and cities,Inner Mongolia,in the second quarter of 2011.Test them with BED-CEIA method to distinguish the recent infection sufferers with HIV from the long-standing infection ones.Compare the basic information and laboratory test results of the two groups. Results:Recent infection sufferers are characterized by a growing proportion of men, younger age,and an obvious decrease in ethnic minorities.Besides, relatively unmarried people have a larger proportion among the victims. And they tend to have higher literacy level.Recently, homosexual contact becomes the main transmission. The result shows recent infections suffer more from the lack of Westen Blot(WB) bands, bands p31 and gp41 are only absent in recent infections. At last, recent infections apparently have a larger number of CD4+ T lymphocytes than long-standing infections. Conclusion:HIV infection in Inner Mongolia shows a new trend, and AIDS prevention and control has a long way to go.

Full frame distilled prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from it
